The Apartment

Guests are immersed in the heart of the historic city. On Saturdays and Sundays, Via Indipendenza becomes accessible only to pedestrians. The area is well-served by public transportation. The Matildeland apartment offers a stunning view of Bologna’s historic portico. Please note: • Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. • Free WiFi is available. • The apartment is equipped with air conditioning (cool/warm). • Breakfast is not included. The apartment includes: • A fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, dishes, microwave, espresso machine, kettle, dining table, and chairs. • A bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, water heater, heated towel rack, hairdryer, body wash, shampoo, and hand soap. • A hallway with a large wardrobe and a closet containing cleaning products and a vacuum cleaner. • A bedroom with a large double bed, bedside tables, luggage rack, and an open wardrobe. • A living room with a double sofa bed, TV, bookshelf, comfortable dining table, chairs, and a view of the historic portico of Via Indipendenza. The apartment can accommodate up to four people, with the possibility of adding a crib upon request.
